The current year has become quite favorable and profitable for our company. In addition to a great expansion of the assortment in many product groups that are represented in our brand, we also decided to modernize some production facilities and, firstly, to launch production at a new modern innovative factory, which is located near our distribution center.

We are happy to inform our clients that the opening of a new production site took place 2 weeks ago. Our technical specialists and engineers have been selecting production conditions that can provide our brand with high-quality auto parts for a long time. The entire production process has already been debugged currently and in the nearest future we expect to receive new products from it.

Our new production site meets all the needed modern requirements. What is more, the equipment that uses an innovative approach to the production of auto parts is situated in it. This fact helps us to produce a huger assortment of our premium products.

It is worth saying that despite the location of production site, all our spare auto parts remain the same excellent quality. Moreover, they fully correspond to the OE standards and often even surpass them. Road safety is our priority aspect in everything from the selection of raw material suppliers to the production locations.
 

We always put quality on a first place throughout our entire production process. In order to achieve the best results and meet the highest requirements of the auto parts market, we conduct various tests during the process of manufacturing starting with selecting raw materials and finishing with final testing of our products before their selling. Our strict quality control system, which was specially developed at our head office in Japan, ensures the excellent quality of our premium auto parts all over the world.

Tanaki company's new testing laboratory has various modern equipment that enables to verify the quality of brake system's elements, suspension and filtration components. In addition to this, we are able now to test produced auto lamps, wiper blades, timing belts and more other different auto parts on our own equipment. If for some reason the tested product does not pass the test, we discontinue production of the whole batch and eliminate defects to ensure further production of the highest quality.

We are planning to open two more testing laboratories by the end of this year at our other production sites and, in general, we will try to provide each of our factories with them until 2023.
 

We believe the main value of our company is its staff, so we consider taking care of our employees as one of the main obligations. One of the most expected events of the year has taken place this week. We are pleased to announce that now all our employees of the Japanese office, as well as their close family members, are able to receive any basic medical care, including clinical tests, for free in our new medical center!

Our corporate hospital has got a lot of opportunities for the people, for example, a special option for nurses to visit employees at home. People are able to visit a doctor or a nurse for advice, diagnosis, treatment or referrals. Moreover, employees own an opportunity to see a doctor via a mobile app or a corporate website and they can text a nurse on any health topic in minutes. If this pilot for employees in the Japanese office is admired by the people, we will open such medical centers near all our main offices all over the world.
