We believe an employee recognition is a very a good idea. We consider the main value of our company is its staff, so we try to encourage them in all possible ways. In our opinion, the best way to do it is to show the people that their work is much admired in the company by their management and colleagues. Quite simply, awarding is an easy tool for non-material motivation, for example, public recognition of the employee’s merit, the gratitude of the manager, handshakes, applause and congratulations from colleagues.

In this way we hold a special contest for the best employee of the year in Tanaki company. There are different nominations and many people are able to get the award. All these nominations reflect the descriptions of merit and achievements that employees have developed in the company during a year.

"Employee of the Year" is chosen based on the following award selection criteria:

Starting from this month, we are updating the production of our air filters, not only improving their cleaning functions, but also paying even more attention to the materials from which the filter element is made (especially to the exclusively high-quality filter paper). For example, TMI TATSUMI's air filters will be additionally fitted with pre-cleaner for work in different dusty environments. All TMI TATSUMI air filters fully correspond to OE quality: we provide maximal filtration effectiveness (99,99%) and minimal resistance to air flow.

We pay much attention to the cleaning of the outside air by high-quality air filters that we provide to our clients. What is more, all our spare auto parts, including air filters, are covered with a warranty for two years.

Tanaki company is happy to announce the start of a special content programme for additional clients' support. We are one of the first spare auto parts manufacturers that offer such service. The content is bundled centrally and generated in multiple languages for digital product information in order to support our international sales.
